和名：珪孔雀石（けいくじゃくせき）
珪酸を含む孔雀石で、珪孔雀石と呼ばれています。

クリソコーラは、マラカイトやアズライト、銅などが混じり合った状態で発見されます。
そのため、一つの石の中に様々な色彩や表情を見せてくれる魅力的な石。

名前の由来は
ギリシャ語のchrysos(金)とkolla(つなぐ)
の文字と合わせてクリソコーラとなったそう?
